Food Order Policy

To ensure every order is prepared fresh, safely, and on time, please review our food ordering policies.

♡ Ordering & Payment

  • All food orders must be placed in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Your order is not confirmed until payment is received.
  • All orders must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.
  • Once ingredients have been purchased or preparation has begun, payments are non-refundable.
  • Changes must be requested as early as possible and may not be accepted once preparation has started.

♡ Pickup & Delivery

  • Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time and contact us if you are running late.
  • Delivery may be available for an additional fee depending on location and order size.
  • Once food has been picked up or delivered, Vany’s Cakes & Events is not responsible for improper handling, storage, transportation, or temperature control.

♡ Food Safety & Allergies

  • Hot foods should be kept hot and refrigerated foods should remain properly chilled until serving.
  • Refrigerate leftovers promptly and follow safe food-storage practices.
  • Please inform us before ordering of any known food allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Our kitchen handles common allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Cross-contact may be possible.

♡ Order Accuracy & Cancellations

  • Please review your date, pickup or delivery time, quantities, food selections, and special requests before confirming.
  • Because food orders require advance purchasing and preparation, cancellations may not qualify for a refund.
  • Any approved credit or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
